We're entrepreneurs and lifelong animal lovers. Karamel exists to give pet owners a clearer first step when they're worried about their animal — combining veterinary expertise with technology that's actually easy to reach.

We built Karamel so that nobody has to make that call alone. Through instant AI guidance and licensed veterinarians available every day, we help pet owners understand what to do next — from everyday questions to situations that need urgent care.
