In the payment form, be sure to give a phone number linked to WhatsApp. The conversation with the vet starts directly on that number.
Reply within 30 minutes
A veterinarian replies within 30 minutes during the service's opening hours.

- Weekends 10:00 – 21:00
Outside these hours, the vet replies as soon as the service reopens.
